You should have received an email from the district outlining the approach we will be using from 4/10 - 4/24.
- I will assign work for you that will now be assessed. “Grades” will consist of Evidence of Learning (EOL) and Not Yet Learned (NYL).
- You should spend no more than 3 hours a week on these assignments. If you are having difficulty with a skill or assignment my office hours are M-F from 1PM - 2PM. Please reach out.
- Quarter 4 will officially start on Monday, April 13th. We will not be observing Spring Break this year.
- We will be out until at least April 29th.
- If you owe work please send it to me via Google docs as soon as you can. I can grade ANY owed work prior to 3/13. Worksheets and forms can be found on the blog page. If you missed any quizzes please contact me individually for a make up assignment.
- You may have heard that Regents exams have been cancelled for June. We do not know about local final exams though-- the district will let us all know once they have decided.
In addition:
- The blog is where I will update you on district and class progress. Please check it on a regular basis. I can see how many views a post gets and I’m aware that there has been little traffic on the blog. Please remember to check in!

If you are looking for something to read—like a book—here is the information regarding Overdrive from Ms. McAndrews:
- You can use Overdrive on any computer or chromebook, or you can set it up on a portable device
- When asked for your “library card number” use your student number
